We will replace any defective disk or Disc for any reasonable reason. Simply return the disk to our PO Box and $2.50 shipping and handling. Other products like Zip Drives, ETC, come with a 90 day warranty. Before returning any product please call 678-565-8630 to get authorization for the return.

Return Policy: Due to copyright infringement laws, we can only exchange and return shipped CD-ROMs, Flash Cards, Zip Disk, products that are defective. There are no refunds. Downloaded products are non-returnable and non refundable. You must contact Soundcrafting and request a RMA (Return Management Authorization) and return the product within 30 days of purchase.
